For a few years (may stretch longer), the steady decline of
expectation of ladies has corresponded with the unhealthy focus on the
exterior. Is this is the video the culmination of that? (excluding
technological input of course, heaven knows what'll happen if bio-engineering
becomes applicable to the everyday routine).
Women blame men for objectifying them & as such they
feel they should focus on the exterior if that's all we (men)
fixate/look/oogle* at while men blame women for being so
fake/materialistic(within context)/shallow for sacrificing (yes even research
backs this trend) the need to grow mentally for just looking (what is termed by
the majority as) "GOOD", this ATROCIOUS CYCLE never stops wheeling.
While I started off looking and almost exclusively focused on what's BETWEEN
HER LEGS as I evolved (still very much a silver back gorilla) I learned to
sojourn, explore & almost exclusively appreciate what's BETWEEN HER EARS, I
understand I represent a miniscule fast fading minority.
However, when did the evolution of the female form focus and
revolve around trying to one-up your fellow sister (linked psychologically) ,
settling for being a side chick (linked sociologically) & desperately
trying to win every boy's attention (different from what a REAL MAN looks out
for), IF ALL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE IS YOUR BODY (EVEN THAT IS NOW FAST
BECOMING FAKE), WHERE DO YOU EXPECT YOUR VALUE TO BE PLACED? I still witness
the burning ambitions of my sisters, the tenacity and determination to make
something out of their lives and I appreciate it (just like I would a
brother's), however am I wrong to assume (given all my observations &
deductions) this unhealthy focus on the exterior is becoming rife.
On one scale, I always felt they are COMPLEMENTARY NOT
CONFLICTING, whatever happened to being BEAUTIFUL AND SMART, PRETTY AND
INTELLIGENT, GOOD LOOKING, SVELT, AMBITIOUS AND HUNGRY TO GROW? On another
scale, I have always felt make up and any form of it, should COMPLIMENT YOUR
BEAUTY not TRANSFORM IT INTO WHAT YOU ARE NOT without it.
I put it to anyone, is there a better feeling than knowing
someone loves, appreciate and finds THE REAL YOU attractive(within this
context), if so educate me. EUREKA!! could it be that if YOU love, appreciate
and find yourself attractive (in a healthy manner of course) that in itself is
a better feeling? How can either be
achieved if the exterior upon which our EYES (apparently the window to our souls
and all that cornflakes) feed upon is not a true reflection of you, WHERE IS
THE VALUE ON YOU PLACED HIGHEST AT? as eloquently as the shisha smoking
caterpillar put it in the fable Alice in Wonderland....WHO ARE YOU?
In essence, without rambling on any further (he says after
rambling vigorously) I think all this should be dialled down a little (the non
politically correct term will be A WHOLE LOT) but hey, what do I know?
